Burst Pipe

Have you ever had a burst pipe? Well, we have and what a mess! Just a slight leak has caused havoc in Tall Storeys and we now have three rooms out of action. Thankfully just the two top rooms and room 5 where the ceiling has had to come down……

However, every cloud has a silver lining and room 5 is the last room to be refurbished so now is our chance!! We are waiting for it to dry out completely and then will get the builders in to start work on it. We will be up and running by Easter!!

Meanwhile, we still have four rooms to let so can still carry on regardless. Lucky it did not happen when the rooms were occupied and also in the heat of the summer!
