Food Hygiene Assessment

Delighted to be awarded a score of 5 for our Food Hygiene Assessment – unfortunately I was not here on the day of the Inspection, but Ian did a sterling job ensuring us an appropriate score.

There were one or two recommendations which we will comply with  – one was that our kitchen floor needs looking at, we knew this anyway as we were thinking of redoing it anyway – in fact, today we are having it measured for new vinyl which is very exciting! Just got to agree on the colour, design etc. Not easy when there are so many to choose from.

Having reached a 9.5 with Booking.com and now a 5 for food hygiene rating has boosted us somewhat and made us more determined to continue to improve and maintain the high standards we have achieved………onwards and upwards!
